1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dr. Chen's Academy services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services

Dr. Chen's Academy provides online chemistry olympiad preparation courses, including:

Live interactive Zoom sessions
Recorded lectures and materials
Homework assignments and assessments
Progress tracking and feedback

3. Enrollment and Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe
Enrollment is confirmed upon successful payment
Prices are subject to change without notice for future enrollments

4. Refund Policy

Live Classes

Before 2nd session: Full refund minus $15 processing fee
After 2nd session: 70% refund OR credit toward a future module
After 3rd session: 50% refund OR credit toward a future module
After 4th session: No cash refund, but you may transfer to recording-only access

Recording-Only Purchases

Before materials sent: Full refund minus $15 processing fee
After materials sent by email: No refund

Note: Credits toward future modules do not expire within the academic year. To request a refund, please contact chen@dcho.us.

5. Recording Access

All live session recordings are provided for enrolled students only
Recording access is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase
Recordings may not be shared, downloaded, or redistributed

6. Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

Attend live sessions on time and participate respectfully
Complete assignments honestly and without plagiarism
Not share course materials or recordings with non-enrolled individuals

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including lectures, notes, problem sets, and recordings, are the intellectual property of Dr. Chen's Academy and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dr. Chen's Academy provides educational services and does not guarantee specific competition results. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
